We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, availability, or pricing and to decline or cancel orders where appropriate. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

04. ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchasing, billing, and shipping information.

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees are calculated or presented during checkout.

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may review orders for availability, payment authorization, suspected fraud, or other legitimate fulfillment concerns.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you when appropriate and issue any refund required for the canceled portion.

Payment transactions are processed through our authorized payment providers. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to their applicable terms.

05. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT

We take care in preparing and packaging every order.

In-Stock Orders

In-stock items are typically prepared and shipped within 24 hours, Monday through Friday, subject to applicable holidays, order verification, and unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Order Items

Certain products are offered through pre-order and require additional time for production and quality control.

Pre-order items typically ship within 14–21 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.

International Shipping

International delivery for in-stock items typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

Applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

All shipping and delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. We will communicate material fulfillment delays and provide available remedies as required by applicable law.

06. RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

All sales are final, except as expressly provided below or required by applicable law.

We do not ordinarily accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or personal preferences.

Errors on Our End

If we send an incorrect product due to a fulfillment error, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item at no additional cost to you.

Please contact sales@mentalarc.us with your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs.

Once the error has been confirmed, we will coordinate the appropriate exchange and cover associated shipping expenses.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team. We will review the circumstances and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable consumer protection laws.
