All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing selections, or personal preferences, except where required by applicable law.

ORDER ERRORS & EXCHANGES

While we take great care in preparing every order, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our end, we'll gladly arrange an exchange for the correct product at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us at support@mentalarc.us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photographs of the item received so our team can assist you.

If an error is confirmed, we'll coordinate the exchange and cover any associated shipping costs.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team with your order number and photographs of the issue. We'll review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
