Shipping policy
Customers are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and current shipping information at checkout.
Mental Architecture is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or additional shipping expenses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
If an incorrect address is identified after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately at support@mentalarc.us.
While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address corrections before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or transferred to the shipping carrier.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipments and make appropriate arrangements to receive their deliveries.
Mental Architecture is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery to the correct shipping address, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking the delivery location, contacting household members or building management, and reaching out to the shipping carrier.
If a package is lost before confirmed delivery, please contact our support team. We will review the shipment information, assist with available carrier investigations, and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT
Every order is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Although we take reasonable precautions, packages may occasionally be damaged during transportation or handling by third-party carriers.
Mental Architecture is not responsible for damage caused solely by circumstances outside our control to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, this does not limit any applicable consumer rights or remedies.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@mentalarc.us with your order number, photographs of the damaged product, and images of the original packaging.
We will review the circumstances, assist with available carrier claims, and provide an appropriate resolution where required.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Once a shipment is in transit, delivery schedules may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Mental Architecture cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates unless expressly stated.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party carriers to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not affect our obligations concerning order fulfillment, required delay notices, refunds, or other statutory remedies.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International delivery for in-stock items typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the destination.
Applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs inspections, local regulations, or carrier processing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final, except where otherwise stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy or required by applicable law.
If an incorrect product is shipped due to an error on our end, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item at no additional cost to the customer.
